Welcome to Roshan Leather. This website (roshanleather.co.in) is operated by Roshan Leather. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Roshan Leather. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Natural Variations: We specialize in genuine leather products including shoes, jackets, and accessories. You acknowledge that leather is a natural material; therefore, slight variations in color, grain, and texture are not defects but characteristics of authenticity.

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped from our Chennai facility, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions.

 

5. Exchange and Refund Policy

Your purchase is governed by our Exchange Policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that:

  • We follow a Strict No-Refund Policy.

  • Exchanges for size or defects must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required for all claims.

6. Third-Party Links & Payments

We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions. We are not responsible for any errors or security breaches occurring on third-party platforms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Roshan Leather shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. This includes damage caused by improper care of leather goods.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
