Thank you for choosing Roshan Leather. We are committed to delivering your premium leather products in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders for shoes, jackets, and accessories are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • Each product undergoes a final 3-step quality check at our Chennai facility before being dispatched to ensure you receive a flawless item.

2. Shipping Timelines

We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana): 2–4 business days.

  • Rest of India (Metro Cities): 4–6 business days.

  • Rest of India (Remote Areas): 7–9 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: [e.g., Free on orders above ₹1999 / Flat ₹99 for all orders].

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you make a payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and the name of the courier partner (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, or Ecom Express).

  • You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Damaged Shipments

  • While we ensure secure packaging, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

  • Important: As per our Exchange Policy, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim any internal damages or missing items.

6. Address Changes

  • We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched. Please ensure your contact number and PIN code are 100% accurate at the time of checkout.

7. Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is returned to our Chennai warehouse due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the item again.
