Return & Refund Policy

At Roshan Leather, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade leather shoes, jackets, and accessories. To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, we follow a strict Exchange-Only Policy.

1. 48-Hour Exchange Window

  • All exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Any request received after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for an exchange or credit.

2. No Cash Refunds

  • We follow a Strict No-Refund Policy.

  • We do not offer monetary refunds to bank accounts, credit cards, or digital wallets.

  • If you are unhappy with a product, you may exchange it for another size or another product of equal value.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange will only be processed if the following conditions are met:

  • Size Issues: If the shoes or jacket do not fit, we will exchange them for a different size (subject to availability).

  • Defects/Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged product or an item different from your order.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags, dust bags, and brand packaging intact.

    • Note: Shoes must not have any creases on the upper leather or scuffs on the soles. Jackets must be free of any scent (perfume/smoke) or wear marks.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect against fraudulent claims, a clear, continuous unboxing video (from the moment the courier seal is broken) is mandatory for any exchange related to damage or missing items. Without this video, we cannot process your request.

5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Size Exchange: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our facility in Chennai.

  • Defective/Wrong Item: Roshan Leather will bear the cost of the return shipping and replacement.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized leather products.

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.

  • Items showing signs of usage or damage caused by the customer.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Notify Us: Send an email to support@roshanleather.co.in  or WhatsApp us at 8056116491 within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order ID and the mandatory Unboxing Video.

  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the product to our Ludhiana address:

  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
